Kreate Group Plc’s new shares registered in the trade register
As previously announced, Kreate Group Plc (“Kreate“) has completed its initial public offering, the result of which was announced on 18 February 2021.
The 54,873 new shares subscribed for in the personnel offering of the initial public offering have been registered to the Trade Register maintained by the Finnish Patent and Registration Office today on 24 February 2021. Following the registration of the new shares, the total number of outstanding shares in Kreate is 8,984,772, of which 90,000 shares are held by Kreate.
The new shares confer the same rights as Kreate’s other shares, after being delivered to the investors’ book-entry accounts on or about today 24 February 2021. Trading in the new shares is expected to commence on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd on or about today 24 February 2021, provided that Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd accepts Kreate’s listing application.
