Kreate is building a new water intake plant next to the current plant in Liperi. In addition to construction engineering work, the contract includes electrical, HVAC and machinery work.
The foundations for the new plant building were laid during the summer, and the external earthmoving work and plumbing work will follow. Before winter, the timber-framed water intake plant will be at the roof level. Electrical, HVAC and machinery work will be completed during winter 2023–2024. The plot has three groundwater wells with screens, from which we will build the plumbing to the new water intake plant.
The contract schedule for the project, commissioned by the municipality of Liperi, is from 7/2023 to 5/2024.
