Engaged personnel improve the company operations and safety

Each year, we conduct a personnel survey and carry out performance reviews, which provide us with open and comprehensive feedback on job satisfaction and development needs. Personal performance reviews play a key role in HR development. The reviews take place at least once per year, and they focus on performance management, personal development and the goals of the company and unit.

We are improving our occupational safety and operations in the long term based on the zero accidents concept. Target-based development efforts are support through safety management principles, participatory supervisor work and monthly reporting. The commitment and strong professional competence of our personnel improve safety development across all areas.

Our company culture encourages continuous learning, taking initiative and operational development. The strength of our internal collaboration is demonstrated by our demanding projects that require professional competence and vision from different infrastructure experts.

The significance of the circular economy will grow in the future

Our operating model includes finding, offering and using solutions that support the circular economy. We execute the potential solutions proposed by the customers as requested, but we also actively look for other opportunities to further the circular economy in infrastructure construction. The correct use of materials is very important in infrastructure construction, and considering the circular economy supports the eco-friendliness and cost-efficiency of our projects. As professionals, we always verify that recycled materials meet the requirements, comprehensively examine our opportunities to support the circular economy, and ensure high-quality end results.

Profitable business provides security and work

Our company’s success lays the foundation for our financial responsibility. Profitable business gives continuity, supports employee well-being and provides a good outset for considering our other stakeholders. Our strategic objective is reaching better profitability compared to the industry average and attracting the best people in the sector. Skilled financial leadership ensures the growth of our operations in a planned and predictable way.
