Kreate observes a silent period of 30 days before publishing interim reports, half-year reports and financial statements. During the silent period company’s spokespersons do not comment on the company’s financial situation or general outlook, nor meet investors or analysts.
Kreate Group’s Financial Review for 2022 will be available in Finnish and English at https://kreate.fi/en/ during the week 9, 2023.
Kreate Group’s Annual General Meeting is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, March 29, 2023. Kreate Group’s Board of Directors will give a separate notice of the Annual General Meeting.
