Kreate Group’s financial reporting for 2021
Planned publication dates for Kreate Group Plc’s financial reports in 2021 are as follows:
- financial statements release for the year 2020: 31 March 2021;
- interim report for 1–3/2021: 28 April 2021;
- half-year report for 1–6/2021: 28 July 2021; and
- interim report for 1–9/2021: 27 October 2021.
The annual report for the year 2020 is expected to be published on 6 April 2021.
Annual General Meeting
Kreate Group’s Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on 5 May 2021.
