Dividend policy
Kreate’s target is to distribute at least half of Kreate’s annual net result as dividends, taking into account Kreate’s financial position, cash flows and growth opportunities.

Dividend from 2024
- The first instalment of the dividend, EUR 0.25 per share, is paid on 8 April 2025 (dividend record date 1 April 2025).
- The second instalment of the dividend, EUR 0.25 per share, is paid in October 2025. The preliminary date of record for the second instalment would be 25 September 2025 and the preliminary date of payment would be 2 October 2025.
