Four Data Center Contracts in Kymenlaakso

Kreate and its joint venture KFS Finland executed four separate contracts for an international operator at a server center campus located in Kymenlaakso from December 2014 until the end of 2015.

These four construction contracts included the foundations of the buildings in addition to driven and bored piling works. Furthermore, internal protective conduits for underground technical installations, water pipes, sewers, and protective conduits for fiber optic cables, and the necessary risers for them, were constructed. The scope also included cast-in-place retaining walls, a refueling slab, and equipment bases.
