Kreate is responsible for a significant civil engineering contract for a data center building for an international operator, covering all critical underground systems and structures located beneath and around the data center building.

Furthermore, the scope includes the earthworks and foundation work for the data center building, the construction of the site base area, and the finishing of the yard areas with surface structures.

Kreate is executing two separate contracts for an international client, which will continue until summer 2026. These projects form a key part of demanding data center construction in Uusimaa, where precision, schedule management, and high quality play a crucial role.
