Hetzner Data Center Complex (39 separate contracts) in Tuusula

KFS Finland and Kreate have carried out a total of 39 contracts for the Hetzner Data Center complex in Tuusula between 2016 and 2025.

The scope of the contracts was extensive. It included, among other things, 350 kilometers of deep stabilization, 25 kilometers of piling, over 30,000 cubic meters of earth excavation, and over 50,000 cubic meters of backfilling and embankments. In addition, Kreate and KFS Finland built nearly 100 kilometers of pipelines for D160 cables, stormwater and sewer lines, and a pressure sewer.

The framework and shell contracts involved the execution of a significant number of hollow-core slab, plinth, and wall element installations. Over 30,000 square meters of surface cladding was completed, and the scope also included asphalt paving and other landscaping. The contracts also involved the construction of generator foundations, blasting work, and the construction of temporary and final water treatment buildings.
